Structure
Modules you will study
Autumn
Whether you choose to focus on a specialty or extend beyond your sector, choosing the right modules is key. This MBA is designed for you to study 6 core modules (including the postgraduate project) and choose 2 electives from a range of options, selected to provide you with technical knowledge across the industry.
This module seeks to develop an understanding of the role that managers at different levels within the organisation have in relation to the leadership and management of the organisation’s employees. It explores the distinction between leadership and management and examines how different global organisations may require different management and leadership styles. It also encourages participants to interrogate both their own management and leadership styles and those of other managers with a view to ensuring the future sustainability of their organisation.
Investigate building pathology in the context of professional practice, and develop your ability to recognise and remedy building defects in a range of scenarios. You will gain an understanding of the inspection, testing and monitoring techniques necessary to ensure the most appropriate diagnosis of building defects.
Students starting in the spring and taking two modules per semester must choose both electives from the spring elective pool, as not all electives are offered every semester.

To make sure our programmes are always high quality and relevant for our students we review and update our programmes on a regular cycle. This is known as “periodic review and revalidation”. 網上學習體驗

籌備及撰寫作業
每個佔20學分的科目相當於總共 200 個學習小時，學習模式包括網上學習、自主學習及課業評估。
評估類型包括課程作業（例如論文、報告、作品集、學習回饋以及電腦批改作業(CMAs)），實際評估的項目組合會根據各個科目所需調整。
你的投入時間
我們期望你每週完成 15-20 小時的學習歷程（假設每個學期修讀兩個科目）。

入學要求
一般入學要求
申請學生必須持有大學學士學位，並取得二級榮譽(二級二等) 或以上之畢業證明，加上受僱於相關行業。
替代入學要求
- 持有大學學位或相等學歷，加上3年於相關行業的經驗。
或 - 具備專業資格加上5年相關經驗，其中兩份工作應屬於高級管理級別。
UCEM 所有課程皆以英語教授及評估，因此除了上述列出的入學要求，所有申請學生在被錄取之前，必須表現出達標的英語溝通能力。
你應該具備以下其中一項：
- 雅思(International English Language Testing System, IELTS) 考獲6級或以上，並於閱讀及寫作分卷至少取得6級；以及具如下所列的相關數學資格；
- 於香港中學文憑 (HKDSE)取得以下成績：英文科考獲3級以上或相等學歷；
- 取得於香港大學或香港城市大學以英語授課和評估之副學位課程資格。
申請學生若曾修讀以英語授課及評估之大學學位課程，可視為具備上述學歷的同等條件。
尚未達到以上入學要求？
申請學生倘若尚未達到上述入學要求，但仍然希望修讀本課程，也應該嘗試報讀。這類申請將會視乎個別情況作考量，如有疑問歡迎致電我們進一步了解。
所有申請是根據 UCEM Code of Practice on Admissions and Recognition of Prior Learning進行評估。
學費
2025/26 學年
全課程合共8科，其中7個科目的學費 £1,375，，加上 Postgraduate Project 的科目學費 £2,750（學生通常每個學期修讀兩個科目）。
