Posted on: 2020-05-21
The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘kindness’. Four of our Trustees shared their thoughts on kindness and here’s what they had to say…
“Acts of kindness cost nothing to give, but everything to receive”
📽️ ‘Kindness’ is the theme of @mentalhealth‘s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. Here, our Chair Designate, @amanda_clack shares her message to students and our followers on social media about being kind 👇 #KindnessMatters #BEKind #BEReady pic.twitter.com/7SyK6LY5I9

“It’s okay not to be okay”
“It’s really important that we continue to keep talking to each other”
“Wouldn’t it be better if we didn’t create negativity when there’s a chance for positivity?”
