Bio

Dr Claire Hookham is an Associate Professor and MBA Programme Leader at University of the Built Environment. She has led MBA programmes across five universities, developing international partnerships spanning five countries, and brings extensive experience in Hong Kong, where she has worked alongside the British Council and HKCAAVQ. Claire has a strong track record in academic leadership, management consultancy, and the design of creative and playful approaches to learning, teaching and assessment within Business Schools. She serves as a Council Member for the British Academy of Management and is professionally qualified as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a Certified Management and Business Educator at the Chartered Association of Business Schools.

Bio

Mr. Vincent K. C. Cheung is a distinguished chartered surveyor and seasoned professional in Hong Kong’s real estate industry, with over 28 years of experience in valuation and strategic consultancy. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Vincorn Consulting and Appraisal Limited, and has previously held senior positions in major international firms. Mr. Cheung serves as Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators (HIREA), a member of the Town Planning Board, and sits on the Real Estate Services Training Board of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) and the Professional Development Committee of the Estate Agents Authority (EAA). A Fellow of both the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Mr. Cheung is widely recognized for his thought leadership, market insight, and contribution to the advancement of Hong Kong’s property profession.
