Mr. To graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Arizona State University.

Mr. To has over 20 years of experience in architectural and construction design, covering engineering, surveying, design, and art. He is currently working at Prudential Surveyors International Limited as Head of BIM and Building Design, a BIM, building surveying and real estate consultancy firm.

He is particularly familiar with the Hong Kong and international innovative technology markets, with extensive experience in applying innovative technologies under different regional contexts. He has participated in numerous large-scale projects, including public housing, private residential estates, racecourses, bank headquarters, educational buildings, and historical monuments, applying Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D scanning, and drone inspection technologies.

In 2016, he was involved in interior art design projects for Wynn Palace Macau, City of Dreams, and MGM Hotel.

In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience delivering professional training at various educational and professional institutions in Hong Kong.

Mr. To is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM), the Hong Kong Institute of Civil and Building Information Management (HKICBIM), the Building Smart of Hong Kong (bSHK), and the Hong Kong Professional Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Association (MHKPUAVA). He also holds the Civil Aviation Department Small Unmanned Aircraft Advanced Rating.
